Customer Service – Marketing Department (Klang, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
To provide customer services related to booking.
To co-ordinate and assist other team members to provide excellence services in line with our business directions.
Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOP) within the area of responsibility is fully understood and executed.
Requirements:
SPM/STPM holder or Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in Shipping/Logistics/Freight or equivalent.
Must have high unity, interactive and result driven personality.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Must be willing to work in Klang and sometimes in long hours.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
